Delivery is charged at cost .  Prices are subject to the weight of the bears ordered and can be quoted by e-mail.

Non EU countries may incur duty charges. These are NOT included in the price of the bears.

All items sent by mail are covered by a money back guarantee. If you are unhappy in any way then providing they are posted back fully insured within 7 days of receipt and arrive clean and undamaged you will receive a full refund minus the costs of original postage.

Payment can be made by U.K. Cheque, Postal Order or Paypal for overseas customers.

Bears will only be dispatched on clearance of payment.
